Recreation

recreation-nh-forestryRecreation is often a top priority for many of our clients and is always considered when managing a property.  Prior to a selective thinning, many landowners are unable to enjoy their woodlot to its fullest potential because they are unable to access large portions of it.  A large part of managing a property correctly is creating trails to access different areas of the woodlot.  These trails are what the timber harvesting equipment will travel on to access the timber product.  After the job is completed, the landowner can enjoy using the trails for a number of recreational activities such as: walking, hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, horse back riding, snowmobiling, mountain biking, and camping.
